December 17th Announcements

By December 15, 2017Newburgh Updates

What are you doing with your 167 Hours?

This year’s end-of-year-giving focus is called “167 Hours”. In years past, we’ve used designated offering envelopes and focused on an end-of-year offering day. This year, we are encouraging everyone to give at any time between now and December 31st. If you give online, choose the “167 Hours” option; if you give by check, simply write “167 Hours” in the memo section; if you’d prefer cash, you can put it in any envelope with your name, contact info, and “167 Hours” clearly written.  For more about how God has used your generosity in 2017, check out our new Annual Impact Report.

Christmas for Kids

Please return tags along with the unwrapped gift, to the Christmas tree in the lobby by December 17th.

Christmas Eve Services

Come enjoy a special Christmas Eve Service for the entire family! All Grace campuses will be holding Christmas Eve services onsite. The Newburgh Campus will offer services on Christmas Eve, Sunday, December 24th, at 8:30am, 10:00am, 11:30am, and 1:30pm. GraceKidsJr will be offered at all services. There will be no NextGen or GraceKids (K-5th). To help us plan to best serve you and your family, please click here to RSVP.  (This does not obligate you to that service, nor does it guarantee your seat. It is a tool to help us best plan for the day!)

Serve the Eve

Christmas Eve is a great way to discover serving! If you would like to help out on Christmas Eve during one of the services, please email to get plugged in. Better yet, stop by the Volunteer Desk this weekend!

Bad Weather

Before you head out, be sure to check that Grace is open! Campus events during the week will generally follow the Newburgh Enlarged City School District closings. If they are closed, we are most likely closed. Check the website, social media, or you can get instant notifications from the “Graceoc” App. Through the app, you will receive notification for service cancellations. Make sure to check the app’s SETTINGS section to select which campus notifications you would like to receive. You can download the app from the playstore, itunes, as well as for windows.
